In 1999, the Operator Qualification (OQ) final rule was issued, enhancing training requirements for pipeline operators.  The rule, which was adopted into the Code of Federal Regulations, requires pipeline operators to document that certain employees have been adequately trained to recognize and react to abnormal operating conditions that may occur while performing specific tasks.

 

Triple R Pipeline provides training and qualifying resources through Veriforce and Energy WorldNet.  Utilizing our own in-house evaluators allows us to qualify our inspectors to meet a client’s list of covered task requirements in a timely manner.  Inspectors can train at our office in our state of the art training facility, or our evaluators will train in the field, as needed.   All Operator Qualifications are uploaded to ISNetWorld and reports are generated at the client’s request.
